HOW THE ORDER PROCESS WORKS

STEP 1

Either use the Contact Form on this website’s CONTACT page or just send an email to yvonne@yvonnedunnvoiceover.com.  Include information about your project, the scope of the project’s use (e.g., commercial, documentary, film or TV show, radio, podcast, explainer video, IVR – on hold), and any budget information or deadlines you have.  Include a sample of your script so that I can provide a demo read if you like.  Please also indicate whether you would want the read to be directed remotely, on-site, or self-directed.   

STEP 2

I will contact you with a quote and a sample recording of your script. 

STEP 3

If you find the demo recording and price acceptable, then email back a confirmation and attach the final script.  Please make sure the script is correct.  If I’m tasked with altering the script after this point additional charges may apply. 

STEP 4

I will record the full script and send an mp3, aiff or wav file of the recording to you, plus an invoice – either directly, via Paypal or Quicken.  You can listen in to the session and give live direction if required using Skype or via phone patch.  Or you can just wait for the files to arrive.  It’s up to you. 

STEP 5

If you are completely satisfied with the recording then the work is done and you pay the invoice.  If you feel that the read is not quite right, or something is mispronounced then email back with specific re-recording instructions.  I will re-record as per your instructions and send through the revised files.  You only pay once you’re satisfied with the recording. 

FAQs

What file formats will you supply

I can provide the project file(s) in mp3, wav and aiff formats. 

What is your turnaround time?

For scripts less than 200 words, 24 hours is the target time frame for supplying audio to you from the time your confirmation email and final script is received.  Time frame will vary for larger scripts but I’ve been able to deliver all scripts so far in less than 72 hours. 

Can I listen in to the recording live and provide real-time feedback?

Yes!  Using Phone or Skype, you are able to listen in to the recording and provide real-time feedback anywhere in the world on any device. 

What if I don’t like the recording

I will give you several more reads if necessary to try to achieve your vision, but if after this time I am unsuccessful then I will cancel the invoice.  You only pay for the files once they are recorded to your satisfaction. 

What are your payment terms

My standard payment terms are 30 days from supplying the final audio files and invoice.
